Yes. Cancel from your account settings or directly through Stripe's customer portal. You keep Premium until the end of the current billing period, then drop to the free plan automatically.
Nothing is deleted. Your groups and expenses stay where they are. If you have more than one group or more than 10 expenses per group, those over the free-plan limits become read-only until you upgrade again or settle them.
Not currently. The free plan is generous enough for most people to evaluate whether the product fits before paying, and there's no card required to start.
Per account, not per roommate. One person on the group pays for Premium and the whole group gets the Premium features. The other roommates use the same group for free.
